The acoustic guitar emulators do exactly what their title suggests. They process the sound of your electric guitar to make it sound like an acoustic (two different types). Learn a lick allows you to feed in a particular guitar phrase (about ten seconds worth), slow it down to about 50% of its normal speed so you can listen to it more easily.
I have the same functions on my Digitech GNX3.

Does it really makes the sound like an acoustic? GNX3 is awesome.

As close as makes no difference. The GNX3 has a couple of pretty good bass emulators as well. The only problem with those is a very slight delay between playing the note and its response. The acoustic guitar emulator doesn't seem to have that problem though. All in all, digitech do some pretty good pieces of kit for guitars. I'd say they're on a par with Boss (Roland).

with all the different amps, cabinets, and distortions, these things are really hard to get the tone you want. yes you have many options, but unless you really know what amp/cab you want its really hard to make it sound right, that was my experience with RP's anyway

What countries' dollar are you going by? USD That pedal should only be $200 or less... The digitech rp1000, their top multi-effects processor is about $500. I bought the rp500, basically the same thing as the 350 only with a few more effects on it. The rp series is awesome you wont regret buying it... unless you pay $500USD for it by accident.
