vintage or not vintage doesn't make any difference with a volume pedal... it's not an effects or distortion pedal, it's just like a volume knob you control with your feet

and make sure you get UHF for whatever wireless set you get, not VHF

ahh i see, i just like to make sure that the tone stays the same and its the volume being lowered not the distortion or such.

uhf? whats the diff between those 2?

VHF - very high frequency. UHF - ultra high frequency. Because VHF waves have longer wavelengths than UHF, you need a larger antenna.

To be honest though, I wouldn't get a wireless system unless it was absolutely necessary. It's just another thing to go wrong in my opinion.

I think it would, but I haven't got any experience with them. If you're getting loads of noise then I would recommend buying a noise supressor.

a volume pedal is like a volume knob on the guitar, it cuts the signal when the heel is down for switching guitars. well thats what i use it for
