hey i was wondering if any of you guys could tell me how good this multi-effects pedal is. i play just about anything, love to play metal though.anyone here used this pedal. i watched a review on you tube and it looked sick.

i think empirism said it was sweet

Me-50 is the newer version, but it's down to opinion on what you want to control. check it out on ebay for a cheaper price. It depends on what country you're in.

i kno but im not looking to spend above 200 for a pedal and i believe the me-50 is above 200.im kinda reluctant to look on e-bay because im getting the pedal for christmas which means i could easily get it new.

I know for definite you can get it cheaper than £100 on ebay. New or "used - like new" wouldn't really make much of a difference to be honest, it'll still work perfectly.

Your choice, otherwise, I still wouldn't be able to offer much help because I'm not sure where you live. UK I'd say places like "The Music Department" , "Virgin Megastores" (not sure if that's still around). "The Music Room" , "Jazz Scotland" - I'm pretty sure they ship everywhere, but naturally a higher price.

Yeah, I've used them both, love both versions, and I'd say the 50s easier, but it's down to opinion.

so what do you think of the effects, i really like my boss metal zone so im a fan of them.but i was just wondering how everything like the wah and chorus and all that sounded?

Works brilliantly, I can merge whatever I want together. I mess around with reverb quite a lot and come up with similar sounds as Duncan Black...



He kind of inspired me to be honest. Him and a close friend of mine who mastered anything the second he picked up a new instrument... Amazing talent.
