I've been shopping around for a pedal board. If anyone has good/bad experience with any, please feel free to share.

i suggest you make you're own; it's not difficult, it's cheaper, and it will work better for you.

get a sheet of acrylic/plywood, cut it to form, and then figure out a mounting method for the various devices.

I made my own, it kicks ass so hard it got lodged betwen the cheeks and I can't get it out.

Wow, I just had a REALLY immature moment there...

I was thinking about building my own, what power supplies did you guys use? I guess there a chance you wired your own stuff, but I'm not really confident in my electrician skills

If you're not going to build one... the Boss ME-20 is IMMENSE.

That would be on my top list.

well, back when i used pedals, i just attached a power strip to the top of it. i used almost exclusively EHX, and they don't have very standard power supplies... now i use a multi effects preamp board. much better, and cheaper. infinite sound possibilities. amazing power there.

I think I'm kind of set on building one, I haven't had a project like this in a while, so it should be fun.

If I remember correctly, all of my pedals use 9V, so it shouldn't be hard to browse around for a 9V strip on Musician's Friend or whathaveyou.

make sure that the board substance doesn't bend under the pedals weight. make sure it lies completely flat. you should buy a pedal board gig bag, and then copy that pedal boards shape. that way, you have a bag that fits.
