but it says to play these with power chords with the E string open, can anybody show me how that would look like?

You know the chords right? Then all you need to do is play what you hear is right from there.

Check out loads before you learn it, and once you know what chords you're learning learn the rhythm yourself! It's soooooooooooo important you learn how to do things on your own and don't depend on tab and what the person writes down. You'll actually improve if you trust yourself and your ears!

I dont like them either, this song is ok.
im not learning it for me.

EDIT: I saw the music video, and it shows the guy playing the chords, and they all look like they are different positions.

I play all my chords near the head of the guitar.
