The verses are ok, I don't tend to write in that style myself but they're still ok... but the chorus seems a bit unatural. The rhymes seem a bit to easy and not so creative.

pretty deep stuff. i see your work evolving over the last six months. gets better all the time. Do you keep all your lyrics written down somewhere? would be interesting to go back and look at how you are improving over time. do you ever go back and "fix up" your earlier work?

Yeah, I generally type the songs up on the PC, or write them down in a notebook. I generally don't go fixing up my old songs (unless I think they REALLY need it), but most of the songs that I think need fixing up, I generally cast aside anyway.

You should never be finished with a song. It should continue to evolve over time as you get better you should revisit those songs.

Most of my really old stuff is the stuff I can't stand. I mean, there are a few pieces here and there that I like, but the overall package of songs I just don't like. Thing is, most of those songs make up my second album (Never`s Just As Good As Now). I really only like the 1st, 3rd, and 4th albums.

Oh, the writing for the 4th album is complete (BTW). I call it "Don't Believe The American Brit" (it'll probably change, though).

Still check out the old stuff and see if there are any songs worth re doing or re-releasing.

I know your like Dylan, if you check out the bootleggers series (3 CD set) it has several demos of his songs. Not Like a Rolling Stone was originaly a waltz. Had Dylan not re-done that song it would not be what it is today or when ever it was released.

By the way where are all your songs. I would like to give them a listen as a collection.

Never say your finished with a song, always let it evolve, I mean the song "The End" by the doors, started out as a 2 miniute love song that they played to end their set at Whisky a Go Go, but over time it evolved into an 11 miniute song that touches on so many levels, but good lyrics man.

Alright, I'll see about revisiting some of the old stuff.
