how do i cut vids?

i made a vid and its like 12 mins, i wana cut it off, how do i do tht w/o rerecording?

Use a program like Windows Movie Maker. It is included on Windows XP and Vista

I would like to put vids on the net but I can't log into youtube. It always says invalid parameters when I try to log in.

I have opened four youtube accounts trying to get around this problem but still no luck. I have also reconfirmed my email address and enable cookies.

hmm, well maybe its the cookie monster? lol. idk maybe diff comp, diff system, maybe. something is odviously blocking it. maybe diff email, my email doesnt work for this .com, and some just dont work. i dont know w/e 2 say, contact youtube?
