Hi all...very new here and like the site so far...

Been writing a song and wanted to figure out the key. The main problem is I think that I am using some really sweet sounding but strange chords! I say strange because this website doesnt even recognize a couple of them. Originally I believe I was playing in A minor. But I am still not so sure. Could someone please help me learn how to figure out the key based on a few chords?

The chords as best I can figure their names are:
Asus2, Fsus2, G6, F(b5)Maj7, A7sus2 & F.

I would like to be able to figure this out for all of my songs and my bands songs. I have been making educated guesses but I know there is some way to figure this out! Thanks in advance!!

It looks like you probably aren't in a recognized key... not really sure though - I'm not an expert.

It is A minor. You can use the reverse scale tool to input all the notes in each chord, and you'll get a list of scales and modes that will fit.

Didn't think of that. Didn't have the time actually either.

Thanks Doz & blackholesun. Yeah I figured it out about an hour after I posted this! It has been a LONG time since I tried. Am seemed like the most obvious key but I wanted to make sure! Thanks again!
