I seen Trace Bundy before, I enjoy his music it has a great movement to it. It may be above me level of understanding but why would you ever have to use 5 capo? I'm sure there is a reason, maybe someone can help me to understand why he did in this song? was it just for kicks or was there no way of doing this with out them?
he is using cut capos. so its like a normal capo only some strings are left open, you can see him playing under the capo right? its basically like an open tuning. but tuning your low E string up to a B isnt very good for your guitar, thus, cut capo's
yeah he maybe could have played it without them, but hey, it brings a whole new world of playing
@BodomBeach Thank you, and ya get the cut or upside down capos part. It was the "could he do with out it" part I wanted to know. I guess that's left in the hands of the musician.
