How much to charge for wedding gig?

We are a duo band guitarist and african djembe drummer and would just like to know what the average rate we can charge a wedding for background music ect. . .

I dunno about your local prizes, but I think its also depends how long set its goin to be, is it background or is it gig where quests pay attention for... also your quality :)

My friend had a weddingn last year and he got a band from Finnish Jazz Academy and they was very good, prize was around 1200 euros and they played about and 1,5 hours in two parts.

But I dun know what bands usually charge there in SA.
