When I look into this bloody abyss of **in deathly **s, i just get so angry, because its a generation in the new divide!

And also, all those people who got the blood of the beast, dead, government, dead, your mum, your dad, ALL **ING DEAD!

This is why its called a generation in the new divide!

Sounds a bit emo I think. I'm not digging it dude. Maybe if in the song there was someway out of this new divide... So what are you telling this Generation in the new divide? That they are in it and thats it? What can they do to fix it? I'm not really into the negative, life sucks and there is nothing you can do about it, songs. I don't care for it, but thats just me.

theyre not bad for firsts. but for reasons regarding my personal taste, im really not into them

What do you think? Do you like them?

Are you asking if there would be a commercial market for a song with those lyrics?

Are the lyrics supposed to impassion me to some degree?

The bottom line is this: As long as you are happy with it then it should be enough.

Hey everybody, If you want to write a song a recording artist will want to record, you have to write about things that average people in America can identify with. They are the ones who buy CDs and download songs. Average Americans are the bread and butter of the music industry. So when trying to decide hat to write about, think about things people you know go through every day. Good luck!
