who do you think is the best guitar player???

The answer to a question of this nature would be very subjective and would depend upon many factors. Even if you were to spotlight a specific genre you'd probably find there would be little to choose between the top one hundred in terms of technique.
It might be easier to ask the question "which of these guitarists is the most famous?"

i think that it doesnt really depend on the skill that you focus on but rather how they write songs and how they take their playing to the next level.
