so i was looking at DSheffars speed picking lesson. and he mentioned he used a gyro ball to increase his speed... anyone know where i can get one of these, and how much it costs?

and yes i pm'd him, but he appears to not to be on here =p

You can get them from amazon.com. Costs between £12 and £20 in the UK ($24 - $40 approx.), although they could be cheaper in North America than over here.
