Hmmmm...

Yeah. Basically, our government should either cut a check or not. It provides way to many regulated services that require way to much administration. That's where all the waste is.

My company's primary customers are franchise car dealers. They either buy our services or dont. We bill, they pay. However, government institutions buy our products also. When they do, they need a P.O., a bid, they insist on paying tax when we don't charge tax, or they want us to sign a 20 page agreement, on and on. Then they order things and don't pay. They are by far our worst customer.
