Not an easy answer I will no doubt go on and on.
It is down to muting those strings that are not been played for example if you play on the B string on the 3 threat try muting the rest of the un-used string like D, A and E just rest your edge of your playing hand lightly across those 3 string mentioned. Also the more you do this the better player you will become. String noise is one of those things but can be avoided. Also more distorted your sound is will only cover over bad mistakes of noise strings that are not played you may find that the those string that are not played will ring out when you remove the muted rhythm hand away. Try to tone the distorted sound down a bit this will help also. Hope that I have not confused you as my English is bad. If I can be of any more help let me know

e----10p7--10p7-10p7--10
b--------10---------10
repeated prolly 10x with lightning speed. lol! everytinme im hitting the 10th fret b-string after each pull off on the e-string the sound is always dirty and horid. |

well you should put your finger on the 10th fret b string with that finger muting the estring , so it mutes the sound from the estring |

actually the horid sounds comes from the 10th b-string.. cuz am actually barring my index finger on both string on 7thfret so that each pull off will be a lot easier and faster. but when its time to hit the 10fret b-string, thats when the sound turns freakin unpleasant. |

well i think you shouldn't be barring it cuz you'll probably pull of again without having the intention too on the bstring and that makes it not clean?
try to put your first finger at the 7th fret with it muting the bstring then you can hammer your other finger without any other noise too the 10th fret bstring
hope you understand it.. |

Hello lets have a look this is going to be really hard to explain but I will give it ago and try my best. When I played what you sent mute the b string with the tip of your finger that is playing the e string and hammer on this will create a clear sound. I have just whacked (off) the distortion and I still made it sound clear. As for using a bar across the strings can I suggest try what I have said as all I got was the sound of the F sharp on the b string. Also I have noticed that you can quite happily still move around the threats with easy if you don't apply pressure on the back of the neck. It is very tempting to bar across strings but this I fond made my playing much harder. You can get a horrid noise if you place the playing hand over the threat like a choke noise this may be what happening to you.
Hope that this helps |
