The second part of the second bar is a Fm7b5 arpeggio. The third bar uses a C Lydian scale.

Fm7b5 uses Ab, not G#. What you've written is an aug.2, as opposed to a m3. Only a small thing, but come on Maverick! Of all people I'd expect you to know that.
Great sounding lick though.
