I have a Riff and Pretty much a whole song except a solo can somebody help me out?
Here's the tab for the main riff, if someone could help me out to make a solo off of this and like tell me what key, or give me a couple licks to help or whatever.

You got guitar pro or something you can put the riff into... or even just record it on your PC mic. Just so I can get the rhythm? |

I have this little "Follow the leader" technique for creating solos. All you have to do is listen to how the lead singer sings, then try and emulate that with your guitar. For example, one of my riffs is basically just taken from the way Eminem sings the chorus in the song "Sing for the moment". |

I don't know that song, but Eminem's a rapper, and, uh, it must be a really melodic riff lol
Your song doesn't really give many clues about what key it is. Not from what you've shown anyway... |

There's no way it's in the key of G# - there's not even a G# in the tab! Looks like D or G major, or E or B minor, but without more of the tab you can't tell. |

Well I'll Just label the beats for each note
H E H E E E DH E QR |-----------DE------------|
|---------------------------------------------2-------|
|-------------------------------------------3---------|
|-------------------------------------0---2-----------|
|-9--9-12--12-11s9-7--9---------0---2---0-------------|
|-7--7-10--10--9s7-5--7-------2---3-------------------|
|---------------------------3-------------------------|
E = Eighth Note

DH = Dotted half Note
QR = Quarter Rest

I'm swaying towards G major because the final three chords (G, C, D) form a I-IV-V progression. The first part starts and ends on an E5 chord though, which suggests it's in E minor. The key could change midway through the riff, but it's going from the relative minor to the relative major, so you could use E minor pentatonic or E natural minor throughout, which is the same as G major pentatonic or major, albeit with different notes emphasised.
Also, what kinda tempo is it, cos those half notes look quite long compared to the eighth notes... Is the dotted half note meant to be dotted? The riff kinda loses it's groove there I think. |

it's like E--E-G--G-F# Slide to E then to the D---E then a melodic thing for the chords picking. |

It is in G major, which means all the notes from E minor are in there aswell. Have a mess around in those scales, see if you find something you like. |

Your F# power chord knocks it out of the Key of G. Its in G up until you get to that C# note.
