guys,here's the story...
I wrote some lyrics and I made a melody...
how will I put my lyrics into my melody??
I tried it but it does't sound cool...
can you guys help me on this?? |

You could try (in future) to write the lyrics or the melody, and then write the other so that it compliments the one you did first.
I think that'd be a better idea than writing lyrics and adding them to a random melody because even if they are both good it doesn't mean they'll work well together. |

i'd do the melody first too. it doesnt matter what the words are then, you just make them up as you play it(after you wrote the melody). |

Ahhh, good lyrics can help a good song be great. I hate when writers don't pay as much attention to lyrics. To me they have to mean something.
So I'd like to suggest you don't make them up as you go along. |

maybe you should just do whatever you like better (:
i personally don't have much experience at playing guitar(thats why i'm here)but i have wrote songs without music before. |

Mmm... fair enough, and yeah - just do what works... but only if it works. Don't try and force a way of writing because you think it's the right way. |

VERSE Chord Progression:
c#m7,b,a9 (4X)
REFRAIN Chord Progression:
F#m,b,F#m,a9 (2x)
CHORUS (just the same CP of the verse)
i'm almost done with the lyrics.
