lets play a game

Hello every one, Id like to play a game (in my best jigsaw impression). the object of this game is not to win or lose. the object is to discover new bands and music styles. here are the rules.

1.) every day a person will make a category and post a song that fits that category and 2 links to songs from the same band. (if you choose you can also comment on why you like the band or why you chose it. just to keep it interesting)

2.) that whole day the songs posted must fit in that category and the set up must fallow the format described in rule 1

3.) the next day the first person who posted after the last category was posted will make the next category ( so if I posted the category and Gshred posted a song after I posted he would come up with the next category)

4.) this is where it gets interesting. after one band is posted that band can never be used again by any one playing. this way eventually we will run out of bands we have been familiar with and will have to start hunting for new bands.

5.) if you cant post a song for a category you may just skip that day and wait until a new one is made. there is no losing in this game.

I will post a starting point after this post so that the game can commence. the more people we have playing the more interesting it will be so post freely and have fun.

this song was written after the lead singer was harassed by a fan. he grabbed her and said he was going to rape her. when he said that she turned around, grabbed a vase full of roses and smashed it over his head. she was sentenced to two years in jail but was bailed out by her fans.

Yeah gshred, I don't think Flyleaf is all that underground. They're a pretty solid band, but nothing spectacular. Singer is soooooo hot though. lol
