Well ive got myself a few good guitars and a good amp, soo... what next? i dont think i need effects cus what i need is built into the amp. So maybe some sort of a recording software (or maybe hardware)??? im uncle told me to maybe get a 8 track but what hell is it and is it good and are they a reasonable price?????

Check out the Zoom H4 Recorder. Lots of cool features. Excellent, studio quality mics, and only about $300 US. Songwriters dream. Made by Samson. |

Also in that price range or just a little less is the Boss Micro-BR which sells for about $229 usd. Its a nice little recorder, mp3 player and guitar trainer. Go to their website to get full details. Its big advantage is its size, just a little bigger than an i-pod, but packed full of features such as drum machine on board mic, input jacks for guitar or line in. Also great for writers to lay down ideas and tracks. |
