the patterns just repeat themselves so at the 15th fret you play the pattern at fret 3 so at fret 22 you play the same pattern as fret 10 , that's why it doesn't show the full neck cuz it all repeats itself after fret 12 |

Yeah. MightyDave is exactly right. All octaves are 12 frets apart. When you tune your guitar EADGBE; Your 0, 12 and 24 frets will all be EADGBE. 1 and 13 frets will be FA#D#G#CF; 2 and 14 frets will be F#BEAC#F#; And so on and so forth. So, to answer your question:
Pattern 2 and 14 for the E Pentatonic Blues are:
1 2 3 4 5 13 14 15 16 17
-|--|--|G-|--|A-| ... -|--|--|G-|--|A-|
-|--|--|D-|--|E-| ... -|--|--|D-|--|E-|
-|--|A-|A#|B-|--| ... -|--|A-|A#|B-|--|
-|--|E-|--|--|G-| ... -|--|E-|--|--|G-|
-|A#|B-|--|--|D-| ... -|A#|B-|--|--|D-|
-|--|--|G-|--|A-| ... -|--|--|G-|--|A-|
Therefore, to get to your 24 fret. You'd follow the same patterns 0 - 9, as patterns 12 - 21. The final patterns would look like this:
8 9 10 11 12 20 21 22 23 24
-|--|--|D-|--|E-| ... -|--|--|D-|--|E-|
-|--|--|A-|A#|B-| ... -|--|--|A-|A#|B-|
-|--|E-|--|--|G-| ... -|--|E-|--|--|G-|
-|A#|B-|--|--|D-| ... -|A#|B-|--|--|D-|
-|--|--|G-|--|A-| ... -|--|--|G-|--|A-|
-|--|--|D-|--|E-| ... -|--|--|D-|--|E-|
I hope that helps you out. I am sorry if I got too wordy for you. If you've got any questions, feel free to ask.
