Recital Thing

I'm gonna do this recital. Everyone that akes lessons from my teacher will be playing. Any ideas for a song. Preferably a Van Halen song [I will personally break the neck of whomever says ""Eruption" Dude!!". lol.
Was thinkin' maybe Drop Dead Legs ["1984"] or "Mean-Street" ["Fair Warning"].

I dunno. Intermediate I guess. I get in ruts, then I get 10 times better in like two weeks. Its wierd for me. I'll pass on the ZZ song. Not for me. Okay song though. Billy Gibbons is great.

How about 'Smoke on the water'? If any of the examiners work in a guitar shop they'll fall asleep in the second or third bar. That way they'll pass you 'on the nod' without you even having to work too hard!

hows about "Unchained" or "Ain't talkin' bout love'?" both by Van Halen and classics. To be honest most of van halen is pretty awesome to play live.

play some Pantera, stick with what you know best =p

I love Pantera, but I only know two and a half of their riffs. Not songs either, just riffs. All I can play in full right now is my own stuff, and a couple of AC/DC songs.
