Here are some random thoughts I had last night


They say that all humans are female before they start to develop inside the uterus. If my family knew this tid bit of information, they would understand why I laugh uncontrollably whenever my uncle Carolyn says "I feel like my old self".

I wonder what it would be like if Americans were the terrorists, and the Islamic extremists were the Civilized folks. "FOR ALLAH! LALALALALALALA!...*chicka*......*chicka*.......Umm....anyone got the number for tech-support?".

Tech-Support is pretty cool, too. Only thing wrong with it is the things we DON'T have tech-support for. I'd like to see a tech-support for women created, that way guys could finally understand what's up with their women. Although, It would be kind of awkward if a wife-beater called PC Tech-Support by accident. "Hello, tech-support? Yeah, I'm my woman keeps making this really annoying noise. I tried hitting her, but she just reboots...".

exactly, i tried not to say so, but u totally offended me but i dont blame u for two thing. one is that u didnt know that i'm a muslim, and second is that u have a negative understanding of islam cause some people THINK THAT THEY ARE MUSLIMS and kill innocent people in their own land...but islam doesnt say that u cant kill someone who done nothing to u and suicide is not permitted.. plus phip i'm not from lebanon(not lebanese) i just live in lebanon

I wasn't saying that all Muslims are bad people. There are bad people in EVERY religion, culture, country, etc.

I do think it's rather odd that you got offended when I was talking about the extremists, though. I mean, if you don't see yourself and others around you as being like them, then why get offended? Has nothing to do with you.

Skold, you did sort of generalize. According to your comment, it is reasonable to think of Islamic people when you think of terrorists... and although that is common because of recent world events, there have been many different terrorist groups from different parts of the world, and within the same country as you and me.

That said, I don't think that Nightmare has the right to be offended when a comment like yours can obviously be misunderstood so easily. After all, the joke was obviously more focused on getting a punchline out rather than being a prejudice joke.

If none of that made sense I just stayed up all night because I couldn't sleep - and now I need go college. Unlucky me.

Good lord, I didn't even say EXTREMISTS are bad people. I also find it odd that you, Nightmare, are generalizing more than I (which I'm not). Muslims, Extremists? Whatever, same thing (according to your words).

I still don't see why you are even offended. It's not like I said "Freakin muslims. Always gotta be blowin people up and everything!". The joke was not about Muslims who are good, it was about the Extremists who think it's ok to fly airliners into buildings, killing thousands of people. It was talking about Extremists who think that it's perfectly fine to murder innocent men, women, and children with bombs.

And if you support those sick freaks by simply saying "They're muslim too, so it's A-OK!", then it's YOU who is offensive.

Back on topic.

Here's another random thought I had.

Ever hear a woman say, "Uggh, just so many things, you know what I mean?", to which you reply, "What do you mean? What's up?", and then she replies with, "It's nothing, forget about it..."?

Apparently, women can't decide if they want to tell you, or if they don't. This can become quite frustrating to the man who seeks to help the young lady with her problem(s).


You try to help, and lend an ear, but they just don't take the bait. They bring the subject up, but they don't wish to make a conversation out of it. It's like they have some sort of new type of tourettes that causes them to shout out the problems they have going on in their lives.


"Hey, what's upMY BOYFRIEND BEATS ME! Oh, so sorry, It's my tourettes!"

Religion should not be spoken about on a guitar forum. As everyone already knows; it causes too many arguments. We are who we are, and discussions on here will not change anyone's opinion on their own religion... people will stay with their own faith, sure that they are right. The discussion cannot change anyone's mind. Especially on a matter like this.
