Altered Scale Possible error in site

I was looking to check for some more patterns for the A altered scale, and when I put in the info in the "Reverse Scale" section I got:

A A# C C# D# E E# G A

Now to me this doesn't make sense considering the altered scale consists of everything but the tonic flatted. So why would the E even be in there in the first place? Unless I am wrong somehow, if so please enlighten me.
