Fretboard Roadmaps

I have seen this book mentioned on here quite a lot and people have recommended it so i ordered one off ebay. For the person or people who own this what exactly does this include.

I think I actually have one of those, I'll look around the room quick...

Found it. Under an artificial plant, some music catalogs, and an issue of Rolling Stone, no less. It appears to teach basic music theory (obviously, intended to be used on a guitar). Movable chords (5th and 6th string root), some chord families, and what they call the D-A-F roadmap (that seems a little strange to me).
