BOSS ME-50

So this christmas i got a BOSS ME-50 effects pedal and it's june and i still only know the basics of using it.
I would love for someone to tell me some stuff. Please don't just say look at the manual because i looked and it just confuses the hell out of me.
If anyone has any sweet effects that I could use on it feel free to post the way to get it :p

Well I've never used it before but I can tell you something;
Try asking on Yahoo! Answers. Sometimes you get really good answers there.

What exactly are you looking for in the pedal, anyways?
Maybe there is one at the store and on Monday I can try it out and see if I find anything.

Well there is a way to somehow record over what you played and stuff. But i cant figure it out
