Here's a cool dramatic sounding lick. I havent brought it to a conclusion (you can tell it still wants to go somewhere) but i think with you're creativity you can think of an appropriate way to end it. This lick is in the key of D minor...Drop D tuning and played purdy darn fast.

Hey, it's a nice lick good choice of notes. I wasn't playing dead-on how you have it, but try turning the "6's" on the B string to "7's" instead, I thought that sounded much better. Isn't it then a pentatonic scale or something like that?

I think it's the finger positioning that's making it hard, first finger on 6, third finger on 9, second finger on 8, fourth on 10. Warm up before you stretch like this otherwise you can hurt yourself.

My friend who was a guitarist and had more talent than Kurk Hammett or Eric Clapton gave himself tendinitis from playing too much, now he can never play again.
