Yeah, it could be in A minor, but since there's not many notes, it could also be in other scales.

I like it though.

the "hb" and "~~~" symbols over top of the tab moved when I submitted this lick. The "hb" goes over the bend on the G string, and the "~~~" goes on the note right after the bend and on the last note in the lick.

It's C minor pentatonic or Eb pentatonic. The F note is left out.
